#37 - Birthday Edition! Lessons I've Learned This Year

In this episode, I’ll be sharing the lessons that I’ve learned this past year, where I was and where I am now and how I’ve alchemized my life. 

This is a special birthday for me because this is the first year that I’ve been happy with me! Every year I tell myself I’m gonna lose this amount of weight, or be further along with my career, or something by my birthday and it never happens. I’ve always been disappointed on my birthday, but not this year!
